环保涂料在轨道车辆中的应用

Application of Environmental Protection Coatings in Railway Vehicles

传统的溶剂型涂料中含有大量的挥发性有机化合物,会对环境造成很大的破坏。随着人们对环保的重视和涂装技术的发展,环境友好型的水性涂料、粉末涂料和陶瓷涂料等技术日趋成熟,在我国轨道车辆的涂装中得到了广泛应用。新涂料的使用有效地减少了对大气层的污染和对生态系统的破坏。介绍了水性涂料、粉末涂料和陶瓷涂料的优缺点及其在轨道车辆中的应用。

Abstract： There are lots of VOCs in the traditional oily coating, these VOCs can seriously destroy our environment. With the development of coating and people＇s attention to environment protection, the technology of environmental protection coating get more and more mature, just like water-borne coating, power coating and ceramic coating and so on. These coatings got widely used in railway vehicles. The use of these coatings effectively reduced the air pollution and ecological destruction. This paper introduce the advantages and disadvantages of water-borne coating, power coating and ceramic coating, also their use in railway vehicles are introduced.
