快速城市化与机动化使得近年来中国城市交通拥堵、环境污染等问题突出,大力发展轨道交通是解决目前城市发展过程中所产生一系列固有矛盾的重要手段,在轨交车站周边进行综合开发是轨道交通产业可持续发展的关键抓手。本研究在阐述轨道交通与城市综合体一体化开发基本内涵的基础上,通过对比和通径分析,总结出城市综合体与轨道交通一体化开发的演变历程和机理,并提炼演变过程中一体化开发各个阶段所呈现的基本特征与关键要素。在苏州轨道交通大力建设的时期进行此项研究,可为苏州轨交枢纽一体化开发实践提供良好的理论基础和对策建议。
