辛伐他丁治疗糖尿病合并高血脂的临床效果研究

Simvastatin Treatment the Clinical Effect of Diabetic Dyslipidemia

目的探究辛伐他丁治疗糖尿病合并高血脂的临床疗效。方法选取该院2012年2月—2015年2月收治的30例糖尿病合并高血脂患者,所有患者在治疗前均未使用降脂药物,在此次治疗中采取辛伐他丁治疗。结果所有患者经过治疗后,其不良反应发生共3例,不良反应发生率为10.00%,所有患者治疗前后的TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C对比,治疗后患者以上各项血脂水平数据均得到明显改善,治疗后数据显著优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论在对糖尿病合并高血脂患者的临床治疗中,采用辛伐他丁进行治疗具有显著效果,不仅可有效改善患者的血脂水平,且在治疗过程中,患者的不良反应较少,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the simvastatin treatment the clinical curative effect of diabetic dyslipidemia.Methods Selection our hospital in February 2012- February 2015 were 30 cases of diabetic patients with hyperlipidemia, all of the patients before treatment were the use of lipid-lowering drugs, taken in the treatment of simvastatin treatment. Results All patients after treatment, the adverse reaction occurred in 3 cases, the incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00%, all of the patients before and after treatment of TC, TG, HDL and LDL- C- C contrast, treatment of patients after the above blood lipids level data are improved obviously, after data significantly better than before treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusions In patients with diabetic dyslipidemia, in the clinical treatment with simvastatin treatment has a significant effect, not only can effectively improve the patient＇s blood lipid levels, and in the process of treatment, patients with less adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion.
