莫沙比利联合胃肠起搏治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫临床效果分析

目的研究莫沙比利联合胃肠起搏治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫临床效果。方法试验对象:该院近年来收治的83例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者。患者分组方法:随机数字表法。83例患者分为药物组和药物+起搏组两个组别。药物组以莫沙比利进行治疗;药物+起搏组以莫沙比利联合胃肠起搏进行治疗。观察指标:1总有效率;2治疗前和治疗后患者胃排空时间、消化道症状积分的差异;3不良表现。结果 1药物+起搏组相比于药物组总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗前两组胃排空时间、消化道症状积分相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后药物+起搏组相比于药物组胃排空时间、消化道症状积分改善更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3两组有个别患者轻微腹泻和口干,停药后消失,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论莫沙比利联合胃肠起搏治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫临床效果确切,可有效加速胃排空,减轻消化道症状,值得推广。

Objective To study the mo sand Billy with gastrointestinal pacemaker therapy of diabetic gastroparesis clinical effect. Methods The test object： of 83 patients admitted in our hospital in recent years in patients with diabetic gastroparesis. Grouping method： patients with random number table method. 83 patients were divided into drugs and drug ＋ pacemaker group two groups. Drug treatment group with mo sand Billy, Drug ＋ pacemaker moser Billy joint group to gastrointestinal pacemaker for treatment. Observation indexes： 1 the total effective rate;2 before and after treatment in patients with gastric emptying time, enteron symptom integral difference; 3 the bad performance. Results 1 Drug ＋pacemaker group compared with the drugs group total effective rate is higher, χ~2 test statistically significant（P〈0.05）; 2 the two groups before treatment,digestive tract symptoms integral, gastric emptying time t test statistical difference was not significant（P〈0.05）;Drug ＋ pacemaker after drug treatment group than in drug group and gastric emptying time, improve the digestive tract symptoms integral, more prominent, t test statistical significant difference（P〈0.05）. 3 two groups of individual patients with mild diarrhea and dry mouth, disappeared after the drug was stopped, no significant difference（P 0.05）. Conclusion Mosand Billy with gastrointestinal pacemaker therapy of diabetic gastroparesis clinical effect is precise, which can effectively accelerate gastric emptying, alleviate digestive tract symptoms, is worth promoting.
