Objective To observe and compare the wound healing after cesarean section in pregnancy with diabetes and non diabetes. Methods During January 2013 to March 2016, our department for cesarean section of pregnancy with maternal diabetes a total of 98 cases as the observation group, and select the same period by cesarean section of non-diabetic maternal 150 cases as control group, two groups of surgical procedures are uterine incision cesarean section, incision for transverse incision. The length of the incision approximately 10~12cm. Observation of two groups of maternal cesarean section incision healing, the specific wound healing of the incision infection, crack, fat liquefaction, etc. Results Observation of 98 cases incision infection in 6 cases, dehiscence in 2 cases, fat liquefaction in 2 cases, poor wound healing, a total of 10 cases, occurrence rate of 10.2%(10/98), the control group, 150 cases of wound infection in 1 case, cracked cases, fat liquefaction cases, poor wound healing, a total of 1 cases, incidence rate of 0.67%(1 / 150) and observation group incision healing the incidence of adverse(10.2%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(0.67%), P〈0.05. Conclusion Pregnancy with diabetes will affect surgical incision healing and increase the chance of infection, doctors and nurses should attach importance to diabetes cesarean section parturients operation after the incision healing, reduce the cesarean section postoperative wound healing occurred in bad.
