摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在糖尿病合并青光眼手术中的效果。方法选取2013年3月—2015年9月间,确诊的220例糖尿病合并青光眼患者,随机分成观察组(人性化护理)和对照组(常规护理)各110例,比较护理满意度和术后并发症。结果观察组护理满意度为95.5%,并发症发生率为3.6%,对照组护理满意度为70.9%,并发症发生率为12.7%(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并青光眼手术患者实施人性化护理措施效果满意。
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing in the operation of diabetic patients with glaucoma.Methods Select 2013 March to September 2015 diagnosis of 220 cases of diabetes complicated with glaucoma were randomly divided into observation group（humanized nursing） and control group（routine nursing）, 110 cases in each, the satisfaction of nursing and postoperative complications. Results Observation group nursing satisfaction was 95.5%, the incidence of complications was 3.6%, the control group nursing satisfaction was 70.9%, the incidence of complications was 12.7%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effect of humanistic nursing care on patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with glaucoma surgery.
