摘要 进行5A06铝合金激光-TIG电弧复合填丝焊接试验,分析了堆焊条件下激光功率、离焦量、光钨间距、焊接速度、焊接电流、送丝速度等工艺参数对焊缝成型的影响规律。试验表明,激光-TIG复合填丝焊工艺适应性好,能在较宽的工艺范围内实现铝合金的良好连接;激光功率、离焦量、焊接速度及送丝速度对熔深的影响较大,而焊接电流在80~180 A,光钨间距在4~8 mm范围内时对焊缝熔深影响不明显;实现了6 mm厚对接接头激光-TIG电弧复合填丝工艺的焊接,获得了成型连续稳定、无气孔和裂纹等缺陷的优质焊缝。 Laser- TIG hybrid welding with filler wire was used to weld 5A06 aluminum alloy,and the influences of laser power,defocusing distance,distance between laser beam and tungsten,welding speed,welding current,and wire feeding rate on weld shape were studied. The results show that laser- TIG hybrid welding with filler wire possesses excellent technology adaptability,achieving good connection of aluminum alloys in a wide range of process parameters. Laser power,defocusing distance,welding speed,wire feeding speed are the main influencing factors on weld penetration,the welding current during 80 ~ 180 A and the distance between laser beam and tungsten within the scope of 4 ~ 8mm has no obvious effect on weld penetration. The high quality connection of 6mm thick butt joint was achieved by laser- TIG arc hybrid welding with filler wire,and the high quality welding seam with continuous appearance,no porosity and crack were obtained.
