摘要
根据水杨酸分光光度法的原理研制了氨氮检测试纸,对试纸的制备条件及显色条件进行了研究,并通过与国标法测试结果比较对试纸进行了评价.实验结果表明:试纸浸渍液中水杨酸钠和亚硝基铁氰化钠的最佳浓度分别为269 g/L和0.40 g/L,测定氨氮时加入激活剂的量以4滴为宜.显色深浅与氨氮浓度成正比,溶液颜色从无色——黄色——黄绿——蓝色变化,色阶明显.试纸的检测结果与国标法检测结果相吻合,数据的重现性较好.
Based on the theory ofspectrophotometric method with salicylic acid, the detected paper ofammonia nitrogen was prepared to study the conditions of preparation and coloration. The detected paper was evaluated by comparing the results of national standard method. The results of the experiment show that: the optimum concentration of sodium salicylate and sodium nitroprusside in maceration solution was 269 g/L and 0.40 g/L, respectively. The activator was advisable to 4 drops during the determination. Color depth of the solution was proportional to the concentration of ammonia nitrogen, which changed from colourless-yellow-olivine-blue. Practical experiment indicate that the detected results of the test paper were in conformity with that of national standard method, and re-emergence of the data was better.
