摘要
分析了汽车散热器芯材用Al-Mn合金的特性,针对散热器芯材用Al-Mn合金扁锭铸造开头容易出现悬挂和铸锭大面裂纹等问题,进行了铸造工艺的探讨。结果表明,采用铸造速度50 mm/min、铸造温度740℃、冷却水流量150m^3/h、液位高度90 mm的铸造工艺,能生产出性能合格的散热器芯材用Al-Mn合金420 mm×1 420 mm规格的扁锭。铸造开头防止悬挂是生产合格铸锭的关键。
The research is carried out on properties of Al-Mn alloy for auto radiator cores, and on the casting technology regarding suspension and cracks on big faces which are prone to happen when casting starts. The results show that qualified 420 mm× 1 420 mm slabs of Al-Mn alloy can be produced for radiator cores with 50mm/rain casting speed ,740℃ casting temperature, 150 m3/h cooling water flow rate and 90 mm liquid level. Avoiding suspension at cast start is essential for qualified slabs.
