摘要
采用硬度测试、力学性能测试以及金相、拉伸断口扫描电镜观察等方法,研究热处理对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Ag合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,T8态的Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Ag合金的力学性能明显强于T6态的。在T6态峰时效状态下拉伸断口形貌主要是沿晶断裂模式,呈现"冰糖状",而T8态的合金拉伸断口表现为沿晶断裂和穿晶断裂的混合模式,说明T8态有利于改善合金的断裂方式。
The effect of aging treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al- Zn-Mg-Cu-Ag alloys were investigated by hardness testing, mechanical properties testing, optical microscope (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that mechanical properties of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Ag alloys at T8 are significantly stronger than those at T6. Tensile fracture morphology in peak-aging is characterized by intergranular modes at T6 and mixed intergranular and transgranular modes at T8. It reveals that the fracture mode is liable to be improved at T8.
