飞秒激光制瓣发生前房气泡致术后角膜内皮细胞丢失一例 被引量:2

摘要 飞秒激光在制作角膜瓣的过程中所产生的气泡不仅会出现在角膜瓣下,偶尔还会有部分气泡移行至周围组织,若气泡进入前房,则形成前房气泡。关于前房气泡对内眼的影响,曾有研究进行了观察,结果并未发现前房气泡的产生会影响患者内皮细胞的数量及形态。济南市明水眼科医院2015年1月发生一例飞秒激光制瓣发生前房气泡后角膜内皮细胞数量丢失的患者,现报道如下。
