不同配方O/W型芸香苷纳米乳的制备及增溶作用

Preparation and solubilization of different formulations of O/W rutin nanoemulsion

目的:优选不同配方O/W型纳米乳,研究其对芸香苷的增溶作用。方法:应用单因素实验测定芸香苷在6种油相、3种表面活性剂和4种助表面活性剂中的溶解度,通过伪三元相图筛选纳米乳处方。结果:伪三元相图筛选出O/W型纳米乳处方分别为:(1)油酸-混合表面活性剂-水(质量比为2∶3∶5),其中混合表面活性剂是:聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油和1,2-丙二醇(质量比Km=1∶1)。(2)油酸-混合表面活性剂-水(质量比为3∶7∶20),其中混合表面活性剂是:OP乳化剂和1,2-丙二醇(质量比Km=2∶1)。结论:两种不同配方的O/W型纳米乳对芸香苷均有一定的增溶作用。

OBJECTIVE To screen different formulations of O/W nanoemulsion and to study its solubilizing effects on rutin.METHODS Solubilities of rutin in6 oils,3 surfactants and4 co-surfactants were determined.The formulations were optimizated by pseudoternary phase diagram.RESULTS One of the optimized formulations was oleic acid-mixed surfactant-water（2∶3∶5）,where the mixed surfactant was composed of polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil and 1,2-propancdiol（Km=1∶1）.The other was oleic acid-mixed surfactant-water（3∶7∶20）,the mixed surfactant was composed of OP emulsifier and 1,2-propancdiol（Km=2∶1）.CONCLUSION Two different formulations of O/W nanoemulsions have certain effects on solubilization of rutin.
