摘要
以聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚氧乙烯(PEO)和3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(HACC)为原料通过辐射交联法制备出一种新型壳聚糖水凝胶敷料(HACC/PVA/PEO),探讨了不同辐照剂量以及物料比对其性能的影响,并用红外和扫描电镜进行了结构表征.结果表明,当辐照强度为40kGy,壳聚糖季铵盐(HACC)与聚乙烯醇(PVA)/聚氧化乙烯(PEO)共混物料比为1∶1(质量比)时,水凝胶的抗张强度达3.2 MPa,且具备理想的溶胀性能以及水蒸发率,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有一定的抑制作用.
A new type of chitosan gel dressings,3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride chitosan(HACC)/polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)/polyethylene oxide(PEO)composite hydrogels were prepared by gamma radiation crosslinking method.The effects of different irradiation dose and material ratio on the properties of the materials were discussed,and the structure was characterized by IR and SEM.The results indicated that the tensile strength of the hydrogel reached 3.2MPa with ideal swelling properties and water evaporation rate when the hydrogels prepared under 40 kGy and the mass ratio between HACC and PVA/PEO was 1∶1.In vitro antibacterial activity assessment of HACC/PVA/PEO composite hydrogels had an inhibitory effect against two bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.
