中医药财政投入与GDP关系研究

Research on Relation between GDP and Financial Investment of Traditional Chinese Medicine

本文在需求函数的基础上,应用最小二乘法及Goldfeld-Quanadt异方差检验法对2013年我国31个省市自治区的GDP及中医药财政投入的截面数据进行了分析,研究了我国中医药卫生需求和经济增长之间的关系,并划分东中西三个区域进行方差分析。结果显示我国中医药财政投入与经济增长呈显著正性相关且具有明显的地域特征,中医药卫生服务需求的收入弹性大于1,表明我国中医药卫生服务的财政拨款尚显不足。对于各省直辖市自治区而言GDP每高出一个百分点,中医药机构财政拨款增加1.41%,中医药财政投入的增速要快于GDP的增速。

Based on the demand function, Least Squares and Goldfeld Quandt test were applied in this paper to analyze the cross section data about GDP and financial investment in traditional Chinese medicine in 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions of China in 2013.The relation between health expenditures of traditional Chinese medicine and economic growth in China was discussed. Meanwhile, data was screened into eastern, central and western regions in to order to conduct the analysis of variance. It is found that financial investment of traditional Chinese medicine show a significantly positive correlation with economic growth and was of distinguishing regional characteristics. The income elasticity of health service demand for traditional Chinese medicine was over one, which indicated the insufficiency of government financial investment in traditional Chinese medicine. As for each province, municipality or autonomous region, 1% increase in GDP could bring in 1.41% increase in financial investment for traditional Chinese medicine. The growth rate of financial investment in traditional Chinese medicine health was faster than that of GDP.
