品管圈在提高病案首页填报准确率中的应用及效果

Application and Achievement of Quality Control Circle in Improving the Accuracy of the Home Page of Medical Records

目的探讨品管圈在提高病案首页填报准确率中的应用效果,为医院管理和上级部门评价医院提供数据保障。方法选定"提高病案首页填报准确率"为本期品管圈活动主题,遵循PDCA(Plan,Do,Check,Action)循环,按照品管圈的十大步骤进行主题改善活动,评价活动前后有形成果和无形成果。结果活动实施后,病案首页填报准确率由活动前的75.00%增长至94.12%;活动目标达成率为102.41%,进步率为25.49%;圈员品管圈手法运用、团队精神、专业知识、沟通协调、活动信心和责任荣誉等无形成果均较实施前有明显提升。结论品管圈活动能有效提高病案首页填报准确率。

Objective To study the application effect of Quality Control Circle（QCC） in improving the accuracy of the home page of medical records, which could provide data support for hospital management and evaluation by superior departments. Methods ＂Improving the accuracy of home page of medical records＂ was selected as the QCC activity theme. In accordance with PDCA（Plan, Do, Check, Action） cycle and the ten steps of QCC, theme activities were conducted. Both tangible and intangible results were evaluated to find out the differences before and after the implementation. Result After implementation, the accuracy of the home page had increased from 75.00% to 94.12%. The objective achievement rate was 102.41% and the progress rate was 25.49%. Intangible results, such as the application of QCC methods, team spirit, professional knowledge, ability to communication and coordination, activity confidence, and the sense of responsibility and honor, were all significantly higher than before. Conclusion QCC can effectively improve the accuracy of home page of medical records.
