摘要
目的分析探讨品管圈活动在缩短出院患者离院耗时中的应用效果。方法运用品管圈方法,对出院患者离院耗时进行调查统计和分析,针对离院耗时较长的真因,制定对策并实施,最后进行效果确认和标准化。结果开展品管圈活动后,出院患者离院耗时从平均165分钟降至74分钟,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论采用品管圈活动可以有效缩短出院患者离院耗时,降低护理风险,提高患者满意度,提高医疗服务质量和效率。
Objective To investigate the application effect of Quality Control Circle(QCC) in shortening the departuretime fordischarged patients. Methods The departure time fordischarged patients was surveyed and analyzed with QCC. Made counter measures based on the causes that lead to longer departure time and put them in to implementation.Finally confirmed and standardized the effect. Results After carrying out QCC, the departure time for discharged patients was significantly decreased from 165 min to 74min(P〈0.001). Conclusions QCC could effectively decrease thedeparture time for discharged patients, reduce nursing risks, improve patient satisfaction and improve medical service quality and efficiency.
