摘要
目的中医内科临床见习是中医内科课堂教学的延伸,是医学生实现基础理论知识向临床实践过渡的重要环节。探讨任务驱动型教学模式,以期探寻提高中医内科学见习效果的教学方法。方法任务驱动型见习教学方式通过任务设计、任务分配、任务执行、总结评判四个过程开展教学。结果此教学法能够使学生主动的参加临床实践活动,从而提高临床思维能力,加深对课堂理论教学内容的印象,增长临床经验。结论任务驱动型见习教学法具有以学生为本,层次分明,可重复性强的优点,是一种提高中医内科临床见习带教效果的教学方法。
Objective Clinical observation is the ext ension of lecture teaching of internal medicine of TCM, which is of great importance for medical students to achieve the transition from basic knowledge to clinical practice. Our aim is to explore better teaching methods to improve the effectiveness of clinical observation of this course. Methods Task-driven teaching was carried out through task design, task allocation, task execution and task summary. Results Through this teaching method, students participated in clinical observation more actively, and acquired promoting clinical thinking. Moreover students had deeper impression of the lecture contents, and obtained more clinical experience. Conclusion Task-driven teaching has the advantages of student-centered, well-arranged and repeatability. It can improve the teaching effectiveness of clinical observation of internal medicine of TCM.
