针药结合治疗稳定型心绞痛45例

Acupuncture combined Medicine in the Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris for 45 Cases

目的观察针药结合在治疗冠心病心绞痛/稳定性心绞痛方面的临床疗效。方法选取2014年12月—2015年12月收住我科的稳定性心绞痛患者90例,随机分成对照组和观察组,各45例。2组患者均接受复方丹参滴丸10粒/次,3次/天的治疗,观察组在上述治疗基础上,电针内关穴,1天1次,3次/日,2组均持续治疗8周后,观察2组治疗前后临床有效率及ET、NO浓度变化。结果 (1)治疗后观察组有效率86.67%,对照组有效率68.89%,2组有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)治疗后2组ET、NO水平均明显改善(P<0.05),均为降低ET升高NO,其中观察组变化较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论口服复方丹参滴丸、针药结合方法治疗稳定型心绞痛均有较好临床疗效,均能降低ET升高NO,但针药结合的疗效以及改善上述指标的作用明显优于单纯药物治疗。提示稳定型心绞痛的治疗以针药结合治疗方法为最佳。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupunc ture comb ined medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris.Methods From December 2014 to December 2015, 90 patients with stable angina admitted to our department were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each. The two groups received CSDP 10 / times, 3 times / day. The observation group also received electroacupuncture therapy at Neiguan（ PC6）, once a day, 3 times / day. The treatment of two groups continued 8 weeks. The clinical effect before and after treatment and concentration change of ET and NO were observed.Results After treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 86.67% and 68.89%, respectively, and there was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. After treatment, concentration change of ET and NO of the two groups were significantly improved（P〈0.05）, ET reduced, NO increased, changes in the observation group was significant larger than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Oral CSDP, acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris had better clinical effect, can reduce ET, elevate NO, but acupuncture combined with medicine was better than medicine in improving effect and the role of these indicators. The acupuncture combined medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris is the best therapy.
