济川煎治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘的疗效分析

Analysis on the Curative Effect of Jichuan Decoction in the Treatment of Constipation of Yang Deficiency of Spleen and Kidney Type

目的分析济川煎加减治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘的临床疗效。方法收集2015年1月—2015年8月收治的74例脾肾阳虚型便秘患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予济川煎加减治疗,对照组给予麻仁丸治疗,对比分析2组患者治疗有效率。结果治疗前,2组患者症状积分对比,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者症状积分低于对照组,数据差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为94.59%,对照组治疗总有效率为70.27%,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论济川煎加减治疗脾肾阳虚型便秘的临床效果显著,建议在临床上推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Jichuan decoction in the treatment of constipation of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney type. Methods Collecting 74 cases of patients with constipation of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney type from Jan-uary 2015 to August 2015 in our hospital as the research objects, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given Jichuan decoction. The control group was given Maren pills. The effective rate of the two groups was compared. Results Before treatment, symptoms integral of the two groups had no significant difference（ P〉0.05）. After treatment, the symptoms integral of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and there was significant differ-ence（ P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 94.59 % and 70.27%, respectively, and there was significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified Jichuan decoction in the treatment of constipation of yang defi-ciency of spleen and kidney type had significant effect. It is recommended in clinical promotion.
