仙灵骨葆胶囊联合钙尔奇D和阿仑膦酸钠片治疗老年骨质疏松症的疗效比较研究

Comparative Study on the Clinical Effect of Xianling Gubao Capsules combined with Caltrate D and Alendronate Tablets in the Treatment of Senile Osteoporosis

目的对比观察仙灵骨葆胶囊联合钙尔奇D和阿仑膦酸钠片治疗老年骨质疏松症的疗效。方法本组病例选自2013年9月—2015年7月收治的骨质疏松患者,共计110例。全部患者分为治疗组55例与对照组55例。治疗组患者给予仙灵骨葆胶囊联合钙尔奇D和阿仑膦酸钠片进行治疗,对照组患者给予阿仑膦酸钠片治疗。结果 2组患者血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶水平优于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组患者血钙、血磷水平与碱性磷酸酶水平明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。治疗组患者有效率92.7%,对照组患者有效率76.4%,2组患者有效率比较,结果具有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论仙灵骨葆胶囊联合钙尔奇D和阿仑膦酸钠片治疗老年骨质疏松,可提高治疗效果。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of Xianling Gubao capsules combined with Caltrate D and Alendronate tablets in the treatment of senile osteoporosis. Methods We collected 110 cases of patients with osteoporosis in our hospital from September2013 to July 2015. They were divided into two groups, with 55 in each group. The observation group was given Xianling Gubao cap-sule combinde with Caltrate D and Alendronate tablets. The control group was given Alendronate tablets. Results The serum calcium,phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase of the two groups were significantly improved（ P〈0.05）, the serum calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）, the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 92.7% and 76.4%, respectively, and there was significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Xianling Gubao capsules combined with Caltrate D and Alendronate tablets in the treatment of senile osteo-porosis can improve therapeutic effect.
