中西医结合治疗卵巢早衰的疗效及安全性分析

Analysis of the Effect and Safety of Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Premature Ovarian Failure

目的探究中西医结合治疗卵巢早衰的疗效及安全性分析。方法选取我院于2015年6月—12月收治的96例卵巢早衰患者,随机分为2组,观察组和对照组各48例。对照组的患者采用常规西药进行治疗,观察组的患者在其基础上结合中医补肾活血方进行治疗,3个月后观察治疗的情况,比较2组的不同。结果 2组总有效率的比较,观察组为89.58%,对照组为68.75%,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而且观察组无不良反应出现,而对照组出现8例不良反应,2组不良反应的比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗卵巢早衰的疗效显著,不良反应少,安全性高,具有较高的临床价值,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect and safety of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.Methods Selecting 96 cases of patients with premature ovarian failure in our hospital, they were randomly assigned to two groups,and each group had 48 cases. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine. The observation group was added traditional Chinese medicine Bushen Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect of two groups after 3months was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.58% which was significantly higher than68.75% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. There was no adverse reaction in the observation group, while the control group had 8 cases of adverse reactions, and the difference on adverse reactions of two groups was statis-tically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of premature ovarian failure has sig-nificantly curative effect, less adverse reaction and high security. It has high clinical value, and is worthy of clinical application.
