联邦止咳露致肾性骨病1例及中西医致病机理探讨

Discussion on Pathogenic Mechanism of Western Medicine and Renal Osteodystrophy induced by Federal Cough Syrup for One Case

本文讨论长期滥用联邦止咳露糖浆导致低钾血症和海洛因相关性肾病及其肾性骨病的中西医致病机理。其中主要讨论继发肾性骨病的中医致病机理:因滥用联邦止咳露糖浆导致肺气闭郁,肺气不降于肾,肾不藏精,导致肾精亏虚,肾不能生骨;提示在治疗骨质疏松症的过程中应在补肾填精的同时注意补益肺气。

This article discussed TCM and modern medicine pathogenesis of hypokalemia and heroin-associated nephropathy and its secondary to renal osteodystrophy which is causes by the long-term abuse of federal cough syrup. The main discussion focused on the TCM pathogenesis of renal osteodystrophy： due to the long-term abuse of federal cough syrup cause lung qi pause, lung qi did not transport to the kidney, kidney essence collection is stop, leads to kidney essence deficiency, and marrow cannot be born. It suggested that in the process of treatment of osteoporosis, in addition to replenishing kidney essence, we should also pay attention to replenishing lung qi.
