活血散结方治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效观察

Observation on the Effect of Promoting Blood Circulation for Resolving Static Blood Prescription in the Treatment of Ovarian Cysts

目的探讨活血散结方治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年5月—2016年1月所收治的100例卵巢囊肿患者临床资料。采取数字随机法,将其分为2组,即观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),观察组患者应用活血散结方治疗,对照组患者应用常规西医治疗,对比疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者中医证候积分比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),经治疗,观察组患者的好转程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者的治疗效果对比,观察组总有效患者46例,占92%;对照组总有效患者36例,占72%。前者占有明显优势,其差异存在着统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血散结方治疗卵巢囊肿创伤小,用药方便,若患者无硬性手术指征,可优先选择活血散结方治疗。

Objective To discuss the effect of promoting blood circulation for resolving static blood prescription in the treatment of ovari-an cysts. Methods We analyzed clinical data of 100 cases in our research station from May 2014 to January 2016. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given promoting blood circulation for resolving static blood prescription. The control group was given conventional Western medicine. The clinical effect was compared. Results Before treatment, symptom score of the two groups was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the degree of improvement of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 92% and 72%, respectively, and there was significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The promoting blood circulation for resolving static blood prescription in the treatment of ovarian cysts less was invasive and convenient. If the patient does not have mandatory operation, we can give priority to choose to be treated with promoting blood circulation for resolving static blood prescription.
