胸腔镜下双孔法治疗后纵隔肿瘤的可行性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析胸腔镜下双孔法治疗后纵隔肿瘤的可行性。方法回顾性分析63例后纵隔肿瘤患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法分为对照组(31例)和观察组(32例),对照组行常规开胸手术治疗,观察组行胸腔镜下双孔法治疗。比较两组术中出血量、引流时间、住院天数和治疗总有效率。结果观察组的术中出血量和引流时间、住院天数均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为96.88%,高于对照组的83.87%,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论胸腔镜下双孔法治疗后纵隔肿瘤效果确切,安全性高,具有一定的临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the feasibility of two-port video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) in the treat-ment of posterior mediastinal tumor. Method A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 63 patients with posterior mediastinal tumor, who were stratified as control group (n=31) and study group (n=32) according to respective treatment methods, with control group given conventional open thoracotomy and two-port VATS was administered in study group. The blood loss, drainage time, hospital stay and overall response rate of the two groups were observed and compared. Result The blood loss, drainage time, and hospital stay were less in study group compared with control group the difference was statistically (P〈0.05);And the overall response rate was 96.88%in study group, significantly higher than that of the control group at 83.87%, the difference was statistically (P〈0.05). Conclusion The two-port VATS is ef-fective, safe and clinically applicable in the treatment of posterior mediastinal tumor.
