摘要
在污染物人体暴露和环境释放评价工作中,通常使用实地监测的方法,同时模型软件因其简便、快速、低成本等特点也被广泛使用。以ChemSTEER软件为例,介绍了软件的基本功能与特性,并以图文形式详细介绍了使用方法。以五氯酚为污染物,假设了一个配制五氯酚水溶液的工作场所,利用ChemSTEER软件中的相关模型对五氯酚的人体暴露和环境释放进行评价与分析。结果表明:工人在各操作过程中五氯酚的吸入量均在安全范围内,在取五氯酚原材料这一过程中五氯酚的皮肤暴露量特别高,工人应当穿戴好防护服。ChemSTEER软件可以快速有效地对污染物人体暴露和环境释放进行评估,目前该软件在国外正在不断更新,其应用范围也在不断扩展,该研究可为引入ChemSTEER软件至国内提供依据。
Situ monitoring methods are usually used in assessment of pollutant exposures and environmental releases, and model software is widely used due to its convenience, fastness and cheapness. This paper introduces a typical software ChemSTEER from American Environment Protection Agency, including its characteristic and basic functions. Then the paper describes the use of ChemSTEER in details with key pic- tures. Next, the paper selects pentachlorophenol as a pollutant example, and with the assumption of a work- place producing pentachlorophenol solution, uses the relevant models in ChemSTEER to assess its work- place dermal exposures and environmental releases. The results show that ChemSTEER software can eval- uate this quickly and efficiently. In all operating processes, the inhalation exposure quantity is within the scope of security. However,in the process of sampling raw materials,the dermal quantity is excessive, so workers should wear protective clothes. This software is updating and its application scope is extending overseas. The research can provide a basis for introducing ChemSTEER into China.
