摘要 大数据时代已经到来,依靠传统HSE管理模式难以应对严峻的安全生产形势,必须凭借大数据等新的信息技术从根本上提高HSE管理水平。尝试在海洋石油开发生产HSE管理领域,探索大数据在HSE管理决策中的应用。分析了大数据对于安全生产的重要意义,阐释了大数据及其内涵以及与HSE管理决策的基本特征和方法,以海洋石油变更管理为例,探索了大数据在海洋石油HSE管理中的应用途径、流程和方法,并指出大数据在HSE管理领域的应用研究具有重大理论和实践意义。 As big data has come, it is difficult to cope with the severe situation of safety production in the traditoinal way of HSE management. It is necessary to rely on new information technology like big data to fundamentally improve HSE management level. This paper tries to explore the application of big data in the HSE management decision-making and the field of offshore petroleum HSE management. Firstly,the paper introduces the significance of big data for safety production, and analyzes and interprets big data and its connotation and the basic characteristics and methods of HSE management decision-making. Then, by tak- ing offshore oil management of change (MOC) as an example, the paper explores the approaches, processes and methods of big data application in offshore oil HSE management. The paper indicates that the big data has an important theoretical and practical significances in the field of application research in HSE management.
