基于作业量台账的车间考勤系统

Workshop attendance system based on the amount of work ledger

以手工计算来进行考勤的传统方法已不能满足现代企业的发展需求,基于计算机对数据快速准确的处理以及安全长久维护的特性,以三山岛信息管理系统为依托,通过分析系统作业台账表的数据结构和用户需求,建立考勤数据库和系统架构模型,以vs2010为开发平台,Oracle为后台数据库,vb.net为编程语言,开发能自动从作业台账中提取出勤数据的软件,以获取车间人员每月的出勤记录,最大化降低数据存储的冗余,实现存储数据价值的最大化。软件运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定,易维护,具有良好的用户体验,对降低企业管理成本和人事劳动强度,提高企业效率具有一定的实际意义。

The traditional method of checking attendance by the means of hand calculation has been unable to adapt to the requirement of modern enterprise.Based on the characteristics of the computer that fast and accurate data processing and safe long-term maintenance,computer aided attendance is the trend.Based on Sanshandao＇s information management system,this paper establishes the model of database and architecture of attendance system through study and analysis the structure of existing work ledger table,and with VS2010 as development platform,oracle as the background database and vb.net as the programming language,then this paper develops an software which can truncate attendance data from the table of work ledger and generates monthly attendance record for workshop staff automatically.The running result of software shows that,attendance management system is stable,easy to maintain,and has a good user experience.It also has practical significance to reduce the cost of enterprise management and the labor intensity of staff,and has the significance to improve efficiency.
