美国外语教师质量标准探究及启示

Exploration and Enlightenment on the Quality Standards of Foreign Language Teachers in U.S.A

国际化背景下有国际竞争力的人才必须具有国际视野、通晓国际规则、能够参与国际事务。外语教师的责任就是在帮助学生获得具体语言交流技能的同时,培养出具有国际竞争力的高层次人才。本文通过探讨美国的外语教师质量评估标准,结合我国外语教师的教育和专业发展研究,试图为我国职前外语教师教学能力的发展提供建议。

Under the background of internationalization, talents with international competition must haveinternational perspective, have goood knowledge of international rules and be capable of participating in international affairs. It is foreign language teachers＇ responsibility to cultivate high-level talents with internationalcompetition while helping the students obtain specific communicative skills. According to foreign languageteachers＇ education and professional development in our country, this paper explores the quality evaluationstandards of foreign language teachers in U.S.A, trying to provide some suggestions for the teaching ability development of preservice foreign language teachers in China.
