摘要
班主任特殊的社会角色和压力,使得其心理健康总是产生若干问题。本文通过采用症状自评量表和简易应对方式对200名包括班主任在内的中学教师进行问卷调查,探究中学班主任心理健康与应对方式的关系,为其心理健康水平的提升和应对方式的改善提供一定的心理依据。调查结果显示:中学班主任心理健康状况与普通教师相比欠佳,男性班主任的心理健康水平也低于女性班主任,采取积极的应对方式有助于其心理健康发展。
The special social role and pressure of junior middle school class teachers always produce anumber of mental health problems. The clinical symptom self-assessment scale(SCL- 90)and simple copingstyle scale in questionnaires are used to examine 200 junior middle school teachers including head teachers toexplore the relationship between junior middle school teachers' mental health and coping style, providing a cer-tain amount of psychological basis for the mental health maintenance and ascension of coping styles. The resultshows that junior middle school class teachers are in poor mental health status compared with ordinary teach-ers; the level of mental health of male teachers is lower than that of female teachers; their mental health devel-opment depends on taking a positive coping style.
