慢性肾小球肾炎合并Fanconi综合征一例

摘要 1临床资料患者女，60岁，因“发现蛋白尿10年余，腰痛伴恶心呕吐2个月”入院。患者于10年前因尿频、尿急就诊时检查发现尿蛋白（＋＋），诊断为慢性肾小球肾炎；予口服中药治疗，定期复查尿蛋白均为阳性。患者2年前出现血清肌酐（scr）水平升高（约140μmol／L）。
