摘要
作为新一轮政府订单医学生培养政策先行地区代表的浙江省,经过十余年的实践探索和经验总结认识到,"下得去、留得住、用得上"是政府订单医学生培养政策取得成功的三大关键环节。只有健全招生、培养、就业政策,保证订单医学生"下得去";完善职后待遇与用人机制,保证订单医学生"留得住";加强适应岗位需求的教育,保证订单医学生"用得上",政府订单医学生培养政策才能真正取得成功,才能切实解决农村医务人员短缺的现实问题。
Zhejiang, as the pioneer in the new round of medical students training program for rural areas on government order, found that "going-down, retainable and useful" were the keys to the program, from more than ten years of practical exploration and experi- ence. By perfecting the policies in students enrollment, training and employment, the "going-down" of medical students trained in order form could be ensured; by improving salary and human resources system, the "retainable" could be ensured; by enhancing in-service adaptation education, the "useful" could be ensured. In this way, the program of medical students training in order form could really be paid off and solve the shortage of medical staff in rural areas effectively.
