摘要
从经济可行性、社会可接受性和生态合理性3个方面出发,构建了包括21个指标的长沙市土地资源可持续利用评价指标体系,根据《长沙市统计年鉴2010~2014》数据,运用多指标综合评价法、极值法、熵权法,对长沙市土地资源的可持续利用情况进行定量研究。结果表明:2009~2012年,长沙市的土地资源可持续利用情况得分不高,且伴有下降趋势,总体上处于可持续利用的起步阶段;2013年的可持续利用水平最高,并摆脱可持续利用的起步阶段,进入到可持续利用的发展阶段;2009~2013年,其可持续利用水平并不稳定。长沙市土地资源可持续利用水平总体上仍处于可持续利用起步阶段,可持续利用水平有待提高。
Starting from three aspects of economic feasibility, social acceptability and ecological rationality, the evaluation index system of land resources sustainable utilization was constructed in Changsha City, which included 21 indexes.According to the data in 2010 -2014 Changsha Statistical Yearbook, sustainable utilization status of land resources in Changsha City was qualitatively researched by using the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method, extremum method and entropy weight method.Results showed that land resources sustainable utiliza-tion score of Changsha City was not high from 2009 to 2012, which accompanied by a downward trend and was at the initial stage of sustainable use in general.The sustainable use of 2013 was the highest level, which get rid of the initial stage of sustainable use, and entered into devel-opment phase.From 2009 to 2013, sustainable use level was unstable.Land resources sustainable utilization level in Changsha City score was still in its initial stage in general and sustainable use level should be improved.
