异位性乳房外Paget病

Ectopic extramammary Paget's disease:a case report

报告1例异位性乳房外Paget病。患者女,47岁。右侧锁骨下皮肤淡红色斑2年余就诊。皮损组织病理检查:表皮全层可见Paget细胞散在或成巢分布。免疫组化示肿瘤细胞癌胚抗原(CEA)及细胞角蛋白(CK)7均(+),S-100蛋白及CK20均(-)。结合临床及组织病理表现,诊断为异位性乳房外Paget病。予手术切除皮损,随访2年无复发。

A case of ectopic extramammary Paget＇s disease （E-EMPD） is reported. A 47-year-old female presented with two-year history of asymptomatic erythematous lesion on her right infraclavicular region. Histopathological examination revealed that pagetoid cells diffusely or focally distributed in the epidermis. Immunohistochemical staining showed that the tumor cells were positive for carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA） and cytokeratin 7（CK7）, and negative for S-100 protein and cytokeratin 20 （CK20）. Histopathological findings were consistent with E-EMPD. The patient did not have any evidence of recurrence dur- ing two-year follow-up after surgical excision.
