斧头状皮瓣修复面部缺损的临床应用

Clinical application of hatchet flap for repairing facial defects

目的：观察斧头状皮瓣修复面部缺损的临床疗效。方法：63例患者面部皮损先行类圆形或楔形切除,在缺损邻近处设计斧头状皮瓣,游离皮瓣及缺损周围皮肤,旋转推进修复缺损,术后随访6个月～2年。结果：全部皮瓣成活良好,无坏死、血肿及感染等并发症发生,随访观察局部瘢痕不明显,外形功能良好。结论：斧头状皮瓣修复面部缺损疗效好,值得临床推广。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of hatchet flap in the repair of the facial defects. Methods： All facial lesions were excised in round or wedge-shape, and hatchet flaps were performed to repair the defects in 63 patients. All subjects were followed up for 6 months to 2 years. Results： All flaps survived without noticeable sears, necrosis, hematoma, infections or other complications. The cosmetic results were satisfactory. Conclusion： The hatchet flap provides art optional approach for re- pairing facial skin defects.
