Advances of mesenchymal stem cells in treating skin diseases

摘要 间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cell,MSC)是一类具有多向分化潜能的细胞,由于MSC来源广泛并且具有抗炎及抗免疫原性,在临床研究中应用广泛。该文就近年来MSC在皮肤伤口愈合、减少瘢痕形成、系统性硬皮病、系统性红斑狼疮、银屑病以及白癜风等皮肤疾病方面的最新研究进展作一综述。
