摘要
设计8种碳源、8种氮源、6个梯度温度和8个梯度pH值的试验,对羊肚茵(Morchellaimportuna)A1菌株进行培养,观察其菌落菌丝体生长势和测定茵丝生长速度,比较分析其菌丝体最适培养特性。试验结果表明,羊肚茵A1菌株菌丝体培养的最适碳源为甘露醇和阿拉伯糖,最适氮源为蛋白胨和(NH4)2SO4,最适温度为15℃~25℃,最适pH值为4.5~5.5。
Eight carbon sources, eight nitrogen sources, six gradient temperatures and eight pH to culture mycelium of Morchella importuna A1 strain were devised. The cultivation characteristics of growth vigour and growth rate were analyzed. The results re- vealed that the optimal cultural characteristics of A1 mycelium under the below condition were gained, such as mannitol and arabinose as the best carbon sources, peptone and (NH4)2SO4 as the best nitrogen sources, temperature between 15℃ to 25℃, pH between d.5 and 5.5.
