摘要
为筛选出适合棉秆栽培灵芝(Ganoderma lucidum)的优良品种和适宜配方,采用常用的5种灵芝品种、4个棉秆替代木屑栽培配方,进行以棉秆为主料栽培灵芝的品种与配方筛选试验。试验结果表明,赤芝、中华灵芝、美国灵芝3个灵芝品种适合以棉秆为主料进行栽培;配方3(棉秆60%、棉籽壳20%、麦麸15%、玉米粉2%、石膏粉1%、磷肥1%、石灰1%)是棉秆栽培灵芝的适宜配方。
The present study was designed to screen the superior varieties and optimum formula of Ganoderma lucidum cultivat- ed by cotton stalk as main substrate, Different varieties and test formulas of G. lucidum were selected for the screening test. Re- sults suggested that three varieties （named Chizhi, Zhonghualingzhi and Meiguolingzhi） and the formula 3 （contained cotton stalk 60%, cotton seed hull 20%, wheat bran 15%, corn cob 2%, gesso 1%, phosphate fertilizer 1% and quick lime 1%） were the most suitable varieties and formula for the G. lucidum cultivation using cotton stalk as main substrate.
