三种栽培基质配方三潮次毛木耳子实体重金属含量比较 被引量:2

摘要 利用当前毛木耳(Auricularia polytricha)栽培的3种主要配方,分析了固体栽培基质条件下重金属含量在子实体不同潮次中的变化情况。结果显示,3种配方获得的3潮次产品重金属含量均低于食品安全国家标准GB2762-2012的限量。栽培基质中重金属含量由高到低依次为砷>铅>镉>汞,而子实体中重金属含量在3潮产品中均表现为铅>砷>镉>汞,与栽培基质中重金属含量不完全一致。毛木耳子实体中铅、镉、汞含量高于栽培基质,而砷的含量则明显低于栽培基质。毛木耳子实体对不同的重金属有不同的富集能力,对镉、汞、铅的富集系数最高,对砷的富集系数最低,表现出对不同重金属的选择性富集。3潮次之间的毛木耳重金属含量未表现明显规律性。 Three A uricularia polytricha culture media which are most frequently used nowadays were analyzed to determine the change of heavy metal content in fruiting body from different flushes under solid-matrix culture condition. The results showed that the heavy metal content in all the different flushes cultivated on the tested culture media was below the limit specified by the National Food Safety Criteria GB 2762-2012. The content of heavy metal in the culture media was As〉Pb〉Cd〉Hg. The content of heavy metal in the fruiting body from three flushes was Pb〉As〉Cd〉Hg, which is not completely identical in compari- son to that in the culture media. The content of Pb, Cd and Hg in A. polytricha fruiting body was all higher than in the culture media, but was lower for As, The fruiting body of A. polytricha showed distinct enrichment capacity for different heavy metals. The enrichment rates for Cd, Hg and Pb were the highest but was the lowest for As. It suggested selective enrichment for differ- ent heavy metals. The change of heavy metal content in different flushes was irregular.
