摘要
从山西大同地区沙棘腐木上分离获得野生嗜蓝孢孔菌属(Fomitiporia sp.)一新种,即Fomitiporia guoshangensis(S.Guo&L.H.Guo)。为分析其营养及药用价值和急性毒性,测定其中粗脂肪、粗蛋白、粗多糖、氨基酸等营养成分及三萜类化合物、葡聚糖、黄酮等功能成分含量;以原粉4 g·kg^(-1)、水煎56 g·kg^(-1)剂量给小鼠灌胃,给药后连续喂养14 d,记录生长情况,并检测其血液生化指标和脏器损伤情况。结果表明该菌含有蛋白质16.10%、粗多糖2.14%、粗脂肪1.02%、氨基酸12.51%,并含有三萜类化合物、葡聚糖、黄酮等多种对人体有益的功能性成分;小鼠无明显的中毒症状、死亡和脏器损伤现象。表明此菌株营养和功能成分显著,无急性毒性,具有很高的开发和利用价值。
A new species from the Datong area of Shanxi province in seabuckthom rotting wood wild were isolated, which be- longed to the blue bacterial spore hole (Fomitiporia sp.), namely Fornitiporia guoshangensis (S.Guo & L.H.Gno). The nutritional and medicinal value were studied, and the acute toxicity, the crude fat, crude protein, crude polysaccharides, amino acids and other nutrients were determined, and the triterpene compounds, gluean, flavonoids and other functional ingredients were de- tected. With the original powder (4 g·kg-1) and water frying (56 g·kg-1) dose lavaged to mice, we recorded its growth situa- tion for feeding 14 days after the treatment, and detected the blood biochemical indices and organs damage. The results showed that F. guoshangensis contained protein 16.10%, crude polysaccharides 2.14%, crude fat 1.02%, amino acids 12.51%, contain- ing triterpene compounds, glucan, flavonoids and other functional ingredients beneficial to human body. There were no obvious symptoms, death and viscera damage phenomenon in mice. The nutrition and functional component of the strain is remarkable and no acute toxicity, which has the very high value of development and utilization.
