CNTs/Ni-磷酸盐红外吸收涂层的制备及性能研究

摘要 红外吸收涂层已在低温工作环境中大量应用,其承载粘结剂的添加量在很大程度上影响了涂层的红外吸收性能及与基体的结合性能。将磷酸盐粘结剂与碳纳米管(CNTs)/镍粉基料混合制得涂料,然后将其涂覆在铜基体上制成红外吸收涂层,研究了粘结剂添加量对涂层性能的影响及机理。采用FT-IR、XRD、SEM对涂层的红外吸收性能、物相、晶体结构及形貌进行测试表征,并测试了涂层的抗热震性能来分析粘结剂对涂层性能的影响及机理。结果表明:当粘结剂磷酸盐含量为90%时,涂层综合性能最佳,在1 400~3 570 cm^(-1)范围内平均光吸收度达1.99,涂层的抗热震次数可达35次(25~120℃)。 An IR-absorbing coating composition is prepared using a combination of CNTs/ Ni and phosphate as binder, and then applied on copper surface by brushing process to form an IR-absorbing cured film. The IR-absorbing property, phase, crystal structure and micro- structure of the film were characterized by IR, XRD and SEM. Meanwhile, the thermal shock resistance of the film is tested to analyze the influence of additives on film properties and the mechanism thereof. The result shows that the samples obtain optimal IR-absorbing property with its absorbance of 1. 992 in the waveband range of 1 400~ 3 570 cm-1 ( 2. 80~7. 14 μm) when the content of additive (i.e., phosphate) is 90%. In addition, the samples exhibit good resistance to thermal shock up to 35 times in the range of 25~ 120 ℃.
