江苏成长型小微文化企业产学研协同创新存在的问题与对策

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Production-Study-Research Cooperative Innovation in Small and Micro Enterprises of Jiangsu Province

江苏省成长型小微文化企业产学研协同创新具有得天独厚的优势,但由于成长型小微文化企业存在规模、资金、人才等劣势,协同创新难以得到高校和科研机构的重视,在协同创新的认知程度、合作模式、政府作用等方面尚处于初级阶段。问卷和实地调研发现江苏省成长型小微文化企业产学研协同创新存在着协同创新整体比例不高、合作模式简单、政府作用不突出和企业内部机制不配套等亟待解决的问题。文章针对存在的问题提出了相应的完善对策。

The small and micro enterprises in Jiangsu province have unique advantages, but due to the small size,capital scarcity and lack of talents and other disadvantages, the collaborative innovation is difficult to get the attention of the universities and research institutions, and the cognition, cooperation mode and government role in collaborative innovation are still in their infancy. According to questionnaires and on-the-spot investigations, many problems existed in the growth of these small and micro business in Jiangsu province, such as the overall proportion is not high, the cooperation mode is simple, the government role is not prominent and the internal mechanism of the enterprise is not complete. Finally, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in view of these questions.
