应用型科技项目管理现状及对策分析

我国科研经费投入逐年增加,科技研究事业蓬勃发展,科研成果丰硕,但科技成果的实际应用仍显不足,成果转化及推广有待进一步加强。在加强科技与经济紧密结合,促进科技成果有效转化的背景下,文章分析了目前应用型科技项目的管理现状及存在的主要问题,有针对性地提出了拓展科技项目融资渠道、促进科技成果转化平台发展、健全科学的项目管理机制、优化科研经费管理制度、重视科技人员激励机制等对策建议。

Chinese investment in scientific research has increased year by year. Comparing with the flourish of scientific and technological research and the appearance of more extraordinary achievements, the practical application of scientific and technological achievements are still far from enough and the transformation and promotion of results remain to be further strengthened. Against the background of reinforcing the relationship of technology and economic and increasing the effective transformation of science and technological achievements, this paper analyzes the current situation of management in applied scientific and technological projects as well as the main problems, and then individually puts forward suggestions in expanding science and technology project financing, promoting transformation of scientific and technology achievements platform, improving scientific project management system, optimizing the scientific research and funding management system, laying emphasis on inspiring researchers system.
