摘要
西门子引进型超超临界机组汽轮机的安全监测保护装置(TSI)采用瑞士Vibro-Meter公司的VM600系统,汽轮机危急跳闸系统(ETS)和DEH功能用西门子T3000分散控制系统实现。由于TSI的瓦振动探头为电荷式压电传感器,本身电荷微弱,外界干扰等情况易引起信号波动,文章对这种现象进行分析并提出了改进措施。
Siemens introduces ultra supercritical unit steam turbine safety monitoring protection device(TSI) using VM600 system of Swiss Vibro-Meter. Turbine emergency trip system(ETS)and DEH functions are realized via Siemens T3000 decentralized control system. Because TSI is the vibration probe charge type piezoelectric sensor, and because of its weak charge, external interference caused by signal fluctuation, this paper analyzes this phenomenon and proposes improvement measures.
