摘要
目前,国内形成了外资、国有、民营3种不同类型的风险投资机构并立的局面。它们具有不同的特性,存在着不同的问题,这导致它们的投资行为存在着较大的差异。文章研究了这些不同类型的风险投资机构投资行为的差异。
At present, there are three different types of venture investment institutions in China. They have different features and problems. As a result, there are big differences in their investment behaviors.
