摘要
该文通过对A-U模型的拓展,构建了一个消费者、新产品和支持政策共同演化的理论模型,并结合典型地区新能源汽车市场培育的经验,对我国新兴产业市场演化的机制进行研究。研究表明:1.通过实行市场开放政策和营造多元化的市场,不仅能够增加消费者数量,还能提高潜在消费者对新产品的知晓程度,实现其数量快速增加;2.在新产品市场化初期,资金补贴能够有效降低消费者购买和使用新产品的成本,加快辅助设施建设进程,促进潜在消费者向消费者转变。为加快新兴市场培育,地方政府一方面要破除消费者和新产品进入市场的壁垒,营造开放的市场环境;另一方面,要加快完善新产品购买、使用及辅助设施建设等资金补贴政策。
Based on the A-U model, this paper builds a co-evolution model including consumer, new products and policy support. Together with typical areas' experience of new energy vehicle market cultivation, this paper intends to study the evolution mechanism of emerging industry market. The study shows: ①Market liberalization policies and diversity can not only increase the number of consumers, but also improve potential consumers' awareness of the new product ; ②At the stage of emerging market initialization, subsidies can effectively reduce the cost of purchase and use of the new product and accelerate the process of building auxiliary facilities, so as to promote the potential consumer shift to consumers. To speed up the cultivation of emerging market, local governments should get rid of barriers of local market entrance. They should also speed up completing subsidy policies for product purchase, product usage and auxiliary facilities construction etc.
