中药保留灌肠法辅助治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效观察

Study on the efficacy of retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨中药保留灌肠法辅助治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效。方法选择2013-2015年我院收诊的120例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组（n=60）和对照组（n=60）。对照组实施抗生素经验用药,入院静脉输液治疗10-14 d,观察组在对照组基础上辅助中药保留灌肠法进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果两组临床疗效比较,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,在抗生素治疗的同时辅助中药保留灌肠法进行治疗,能够取得十分显著的治疗效果,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of retention enema with traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods One hunderd and twenty patients diagnosed with sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,observation group（n=60） and control group（n=60）.The control group received antibiotic medicine with intravenous infusion for 10-14 d,the observation group were given retention enema with traditional chinese medicine based on the treatment of control group.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results After comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups,the total efficiency of observation group is significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Antibiotic therapy combined with retention enema with traditional chinese medicine in the treatment sequela of pelvic inflammatory disease,can achieve very significant therapeutic effect,and worthy for clinical application.
