摘要
精神疲劳是一种难以检测和确诊的非特异性生理心理状态,特别是特殊工作群体的精神疲劳,如果没有得到及时评价及干预,将会造成严重后果。近年来,精神疲劳的评价手段呈多元化发展,不同的评价手段具有不同的评价标准,按评价方式可分为主观评价和客观评价,笔者在此分类基础上再次细化,从疲劳评价生理指标角度、心理指标角度、生化指标角度、工作业绩角度出发,综合近年文献,综合叙述评估精神疲劳的方法及标准。
Mental fatigue is a kind of nonspecific physiological mental state which is hard to detect and diagnose,especially in the special working group.If the evaluation and intervation is not timely enough,the consequence will be serious.In recent years,the mental fatigue evaluation method developed diversely.Different evaluation methods have different evaluation standards.According to evaluation methods,there are subjective evaluation and objective evaluation.This paper summarizes the evaluation method and standard of mental fatigue based on the classification and further refines it.From the perspective of physiological indictor,the psychological perspective,biochemical indicators,work performance of the fatigue evluation,and literatures in recent years,the method and standard of the mental fatigue is comprehensively evaluated.
