摘要
在激烈的市场竞争中,商标在企业的品牌塑造中占有重要地位。然而,在商标的设计过程中存在着诸多法律风险,需要企业予以防范。因此,该文结合商标法律体系着重描述商标设计的概念、特征,分析商标法律风险的表现形式,并针对性地提出应对策略。
In the furious market competition,trademark is very important in the way of enterprise's brand-building.However,in the process of designing trademark,there have many legal risks.So combined with the trademark legal system this article focuses on description of the definition,characteristics of trademark designation,analyzes the trademark of the manifestations of the legal risks and puts forward some targeted advices.
