缩短持续膀胱冲洗时间对良性前列腺增生等离子电切术后康复的影响

The effect of shortening the bladder continuous washing time on the recovery after transurethral plasmakinetic electroresection of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients

目的 探讨了缩短持续膀胱冲洗时间对良性前列腺增生等离子电切术后康复的影响。方法 将本院2013年6月~2015年5月的728例前列腺增生等离子电切术患者随机分为实验组（367例）、对照组（361例）。实验组缩短持续胱膀冲洗时间,对照组采取常规持续膀胱冲洗的方法,比较2组患者术后持续膀胱冲洗的时间、冲洗量、下床活动时间、自理能力恢复时间、首次排便时间以及满意度。结果 实验组的患者缩短持续膀胱冲洗时间后,在术后排便、活动、自理能力恢复、满意度等明显优于对照组。结论 前列腺增生等离子电切术后缩短持续膀胱冲洗时间可以促进外科快速康复。

Objective To explore the effect of shortening the bladder continuous washing time on the recovery after transurethral plasmaki- netic electroresection of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients. Methods 728 benign prostatic hyperplasia patients after transarethral plas- makinetic electroresection from June 2013 to May 2015 were divided into experimental group （367 cases） and control group （361 cases）. Shorten the the bladder continuous washing duration of experimental group＇s patients,while the patients in the control group were given rou- tine bladder continuous washing method. Compare the beginning time of off - bed activity, the recovery time of self - care ability, first defeca- tions time,degree of satisfaction. Results The condition of bladder continuous washing duration, washing norm, the beginning time of off- bed activity, the recovery time of self- care ability, first defecations time, and degree of satisfaction in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion Shorten the bladder continuous washing time after transurethral plasmakinetie electroresection for be- nign prostatic hyperplasia patients helps to improve quicker recovery.
