摘要
设计了一种以邻二氯苯为原料,采取连续流微通道反应器,混酸硝化得到了主要产物3,4-二氯硝基苯(3,4-DCNB)的新工艺。并根据该硝化反应特征,设计单因素试验,考察了原料物质的量比、反应温度、停留时间对该反应的影响,优化得到最佳工艺条件,3,4-DCNB收率达到92.6%。与传统塔式反应工艺相比,连续流微通道反应工艺提高了3,4-DCNB收率,缩短了反应时间,减少了原料消耗,并且更加环保。
A new process is designed for preparation of 3,4 - dichloro nitrobenzene (3, 4 - DCNB) using continuous flow mierochannel reactor, o - dichlorobenzene is used as raw material and handled by mixed acid nitration. And according to the characteristics of nitration reaction, the influences of different factors including reactants radio, reacting temperature, residence time is investigated based on single factor tests. The optimal reaction conditions are obtained, the yield of 3,4 - DCNB can reach to 92.6%. Compared with the traditional tower reaction process, less raw material consumption, higher product yield, less reacting time and more environmental protection are achieved in the continuous flow microchannel reactor.
